Information you provide

The enquiry form requests your name, email, company, country, product interest and project message. A stair configuration is included when you choose to send it. Avoid including confidential drawings or sensitive personal information in the form.

Purpose

These details support the review of your project, sourcing request or factory visit. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Site operation

An enquiry is only recorded when the form displays a saved reference. If saving fails, your details remain in the form and you can contact us by email. Campaign source information may accompany an enquiry. A hashed network identifier helps limit automated submissions. The 3D studio remembers your configuration in this browser; its Reset control clears that configuration.

Enquiry confirmation

A saved reference confirms storage, not an accepted order. Enquiry details are emailed to our commercial team through SMTP2GO and retained in our enquiry database. The studio is a visual planning tool and does not confirm production specifications.

Website analytics

Google Analytics 4 and PostHog are active by default to measure page visits and actions such as catalog exploration and successfully recorded enquiries. PostHog may also record how you navigate the site so we can identify usability problems. Form field values are masked and file inputs are blocked from recordings. We send the enquiry type and whether a 3D configuration was used, not your name, email, company, message or saved enquiry reference. You can turn analytics off or change your choice with “Analytics settings” in the footer. PostHog data is sent to its EU region. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled.
